Our sub division is one of the richest in terms of resources, but very poor because we lack roads to transform these resources into financial gains. The Bangem-Nguti road project under construction is a generational breakthrough to Kupe Muanenguba Division. Generations of politicians from this division have tried in the past for us to have this road, but failed. Special appreciation to Minister, Deputy Secretary General at the Presidency of the Republic, Elung Paul Che who lobbied for this project from the Head of State and it was granted. The construction of the Bangem-Nguti road has an economic, social and political impact on the population, most especially is the alleviation poverty. The population within this area has suffered for so many years. This road will help to disenclave Nguti and Bangem Sub Divisions seriously. People will now have the means to transport their produce to the market, buyers will easily reach out to  villages for business. This will affect livelihoods and reduce poverty. The Bangem-Nguti road construction project represents significant infrastructure investment that will ripple through local and divisional economies.  The local communities of the Nguti sub division and Kupe Muanenguba at large have to take advantage of the economic boost that this road infrastructure is about to bring in the division.
