Ewane nee Ewanoge Emanga, Inspector of Stores Accounting with the Department of the Treasury Financial and Monetary Cooperation has disclosed that women must valorize their skills from economic empowerment.
Speaing to The Ultimate, she revealed that this will enable them build a brighter future for their families, communities and the world at large.
Ewane who is currently the Service Head for Expenditure and Recovery at the Specialized Paymaster’s Office in the Ministry of Territorial Administration said as a woman and leader, her focus is educating women through talks and workshops. She said this helps to build their self-esteem, self-care and most especially, economic empowerment through financial assistance.
She also told The Ultimate that balancing work and family life is very challenging. However, she prioritizes her activities and manages her time effectively to strike a balance between her career and family.
Her advised to women as they celebrate the International Women’s Day is that as mothers and sisters, they can change the narratives if they are intentional by raising better boys and grooming better men.
She told women to love themselves, care for themselves and to pamper themselves when necessary.
Ewane nee Ewanoge Emanga hails from Muandon – Muambong clan and married to a Muasum son.
