The Senior Divisional Officer, SDO of Kupe Muanenguba, South West Region, Nguia Beina Theophile has banned unscrupulous contractors from the division. This was revealed on September 19, 2025, during the divisional monthly consultation meeting for the smooth execution of the 2025 Public Investment Projects PIP.
