The Head of the Kupe Muanenguba CPDM Central Committee Permanent Divisional Delegation, Professor Ngole Ngole Elvis has called on Kupe Muanenguba to deliver victory for President Biya.

The Central Committee Head was speaking at a strategic planning meeting that took place in Bangem, July 12, 2025, in preparation for the October 2025 Presidential Elections, organized by the CPDM Central Committee Permanent Divisional Delegation for Kupe Muanenguba.

He said Kupe Muanenguba has a record of victory for President Biya since the division was created in 1992.
“Our vision is to deliver results for President Biya. There is so much talk about our champion and leader that it is time for him to go. Our role is not to abandon the one we have adopted as our leader, father, and patron.” He disclosed.

Prof Ngole Ngole commissioned all party officials in the division to get to work and ensure all 138.000 registered voters in Kupe Muanenguba cast their votes on October 12 for President Biya.

“Let’s show that this campaign is one of fraternity, brotherhood, and sisterhood. By September 2025 at the kick off of campaigns, let’s have the funds ready.” Professor Ngole Ngole added.
He saluted the party stakeholders for their massive turn out at the meeting at a very short notice.

FCFA 70 Million for Campaigns
In a paper presented by Ewane Clifford Ngabe, Treasurer at the South West Regional House of Assembly, he projected that FCFA 70 million will effectively cover campaigns in Kupe Muanenguba for the forthcoming elections.

To raise this colloquial sum, he detailed the amount to be contributed by ministers, directors, members of the central committee, parliamentarians, senators, board chairpersons of state corporations, mayors, regional councilors, regional delegates, and other elite of the division.
Ngabe who is also Sub Section President of CPDM Nhia III, Ekambeng, said the projected amount is subject to change depending on the level of contributions from stakeholders.
In his presentation, the Mayor of Bangem Council, Ekungwe Kang Christopher cautioned against blackmail of Mayors for selfish interest. He said by so doing, those criticizing the mayor may appear to be opposition within the party, thus destroying the party’s image.

He then outlined development projects carried out in his municipality within his mandate, and called on elite of the division to assist mayors in fighting for projects.
The Mayors of Nguti, and Tombel councils corroborated Mayor Ekungwe, and also outlined their various achievements as CPDM councils.

Also, the Members of Parliament, MPs of Kupe Muanenguba I and III, Hon Cecilia Dione Njumbe, and Hon Dr. Fonge Julius of Kupe Muanenguba II, highlighted projects carried out in their various constituencies under the banner of CPDM.

The President of the South West House of Chiefs at the Regional Assembly, HRM Chief Dr. Atem Ebako advised all party officials and militants to use their consciences and make sure that while infront of the ballot box on October 12, they should decide for Kupe Muanenguba by voting President Biya.

The strategic meeting was facilitated by Mbong Michael Mbine, Charge de Mission of the Central Committee Permanent Divisional Delegation for Kupe Muanenguba, and Deputy General Manager of Maetur.

Also present at the meeting was the Senior Divisional Officer of Kupe Muanenguba, Mungambo Ekema William, the Board Chairman of Cameroon Development Corporation, CDC, Hope Sona Ebai, the Board Chairman of South West Development Authority, SOWEDA, Herbert Ediage, the Paramount ruler of Bangem, HRM Chief Nnane Nnoko Emmanuel, section presidents of CPDM Kupe Muanenguba I, II, and III, councilors of the South West Regional House of Assembly, amongst others.
