Ekah Lizette épse Ngwane is a barrister, solicitor and notary public of the Cameroon Bar Association and the Supreme Court of Cameroon. She operates the Common Truth Law Chambers in Buea.
In her seven years plus as a lawyer, Barrister Ekah has been involved in defending women in court against violence from men, especially rape cases.
She told The Ultimate that she also visits young women and girls in prison and support them spiritually, morally and financially.
The lawyer, cautioned women to be resilient, hardworking and focused. She said women should celebrate the International Women’s Day responsibly because their families, communities and the world at large depend on them.
Besides, Barrister Ekah is a government law teacher for technical schools. She is a preacher of the gospel, an animator and a Masters of Ceremony, MC in several occasions.
She hails from Mbat village, Bangem Sub Division. She is married and a mother of three kids.
